Amy Reid is the Director of the Galveston County SBDC and Interim Director of the San Jacinto College SBDC. She has owned and operated a veteran-owned small business since 2010. With more than 20 years of experience in small business ownership, human resources, payroll, marketing, web design, management, and facilities operations, she is a resource to small business owners on a variety of topics. She has more than 10 years of experience in business coaching and advising. Reid is active in the community and often speaks at small business networking groups and serves on several community committees.
Ruchi Gupta is a Business Advisor for the Galveston County Small Business Development Center. She has comprehensive pan-industry experience spanning Technology, Media, Energy, Communications, and Entrepreneurship. She has worn multiple hats in her career across the public sector, big tech, non-profits, and small businesses, bringing a multifaceted perspective to the small business community. Her areas of expertise are business formation, digital transformation, marketing, social media, e-commerce, and international trade. Gupta provides business consulting, advising, and workshops for small business founders and entrepreneurs across all stages of the business lifecycle, from ideation to expansion and sustained growth. She is a servant leader passionate about driving businesses to achieve their full potential with growth strategies rooted in a keen understanding of the ever-evolving market landscape.
Darcie Culp serves as the Program Manager at the Galveston County Small Business Development Center. She is passionate about supporting local entrepreneurs and helping small businesses reach their highest potential. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Sam Houston State University.
