Selling Your Business and Succession Planning | Galveston County SBDC

If you are starting to think about selling your business or how to create a succession plan join us at this session.  It is designed to help you understand the process and how selling a business can benefit the business.

Highlights:

• Changing the ownership of a business through selling, closing, or transferring the business to successors
• How to establish an exit strategy for retirement including succession plans, transferring ownership, and paying taxes

This session is intended for small business owners planning to sell or transfer their business.

If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
