A SWOT analysis is a framework for evaluating the competitive and strategic position of a business. This framework is perfect for analyzing a Team’s inner workings and overall dynamics. During this session you will learn how to strategically assess your team through a SWOT analysis.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
