Chris Tripoli Chris Tripoli has 45 years of service in the hospitality industry as a concept developer, owner-operator, educator and restaurant consultant. Chris has created award-winning restaurant concepts and consulted on a wide variety of restaurant projects throughout the U.S. and internationally. He has developed successful food service programs for airports, parks, theaters, arenas, convention centers, and medical centers. He teaches classes in opening restaurants, leadership development, and growth strategies to advisors and clients of Small Business Development Centers throughout the country. Currently Chris is the Principal of The Restaurant Clinic, an advisory group for growing independent restaurant operators. Since 1998 he has been a regular contributor to RestaurantOwner.com and continues to host their podcast, “Corner Booth: Candid Conversations with Today’s Restaurant Entrepreneurs”.
