Are you looking to purchase a home in the future? Register now for this informative session.  You'll learn how to prepare for home financing by adopting best practices for keeping financial records and filing tax returns.  Also learn tips on how to best position yourself for home loan approval while minimizing the tax load consequences.

  • Self-employed implications of credit and how they go beyond the normal home buyer
  • Managing debt-to-income ratio from both a debt load perspective and an income calculation perspective

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
