As a leader, you want to know what it’s like to be on the other side of you and your leadership. Where you default to, and how not to stay there, is also a critical piece of information. In this session, you will learn two key tools to help you understand how those you work and live with experience you on a regular basis. You’ll also receive information about a regular self check-in tool you can use to be a better leader moving forward.

This session is intended for young professionals and business leaders who want to develop and refine their leadership skills.

Preregistration is highly recommended. If an event is canceled or postponed and you have not preregistered, we will not be able to contact you.
If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.
Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
