Introduction to QuickBooks Desktop 2021 | Lamar State College Port Arthur SBDC

Whether you are a small business owner wanting to get started with QuickBooks Desktop or you already use QuickBooks Desktop, we can help you learn to navigate the software. This is a hands-on class that will provide the basic skills needed to get started. A how to booklet will be provided.
Highlights
• Setting up a company file
• Working in the customer center
• Working with vendor centers
• Banking tasks such as maintaining bank balances and reconciling checking accounts
• Preparing reports such as balance sheets and profit/loss reports
The Payroll module will not be covered during this class.
This hands- on class is targeted to anyone wanting to manage their finances with QuickBooks Desktop or those that need to brush up on their QuickBooks Desktop skills.
This class is not for those wanting to learn the QuickBooks Online version.
